I have to confirm the story of John Engle from below. My car was parked there for 4 days. Upon collection, I found a scratch on the front part of my car as well as on the rim. The person at the desk refused any actions and forced me fill in the form to investigate the accident. Upon checking this form, I would need to accept a 95 EUR cost for the investigation first, which is insane.
The same happen to 4 other cars there at the same time of pick-up and same denial was happening to them.
When I asked them to compare the pictures of the car during the pick-up, they said that it is not possible. They also refuse to accept any of the written complain from my side and only told me to contact them via customer service.
The situation escalated so far, that I was forced to call a police who informed me that I am not the first one who had this issue and that in general, they have very bad experience with this company.
Also, the car smelled after smoke so someone most like smoked in the car during parking of the car from Drive-UP services.
Never ever and I am going to fight until the end as it is unthinkable that nowadays such services can operate!

Bij aankomst, na een bakkie koffie, gelijk met de shuttle bus naar de vertrekhal gereden. Bij terugkomst, na een belletje, stond de shuttle bus te wachten. Alles prima geregeld!

Wij hebben geparkeerd bij de firma Parkos en zijn en waren daar uiterst tevreden over vriendelijk en snelle service.
